Section 201 of the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 ( 42 U.S.C. 5001 ) is amended— in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1), by striking subparagraph
(A)and inserting the following: awarded for a period of not more than 3 years; and ; and in paragraph (2)(B)— in clause (iii), by adding and after the semicolon; and by striking clause
(iv)and redesignating clause

(j)as subsection (i). Section 227(a) of the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 ( 42 U.S.C. 5027(a) ) is amended— by striking paragraph (2); and in paragraph (1)— by striking
