Not later than six months after the publication of the final rule under section 101(j), and annually thereafter for the following eight years, the Secretary shall submit a report to Congress that identifies, for the previous fiscal year— the number of aliens who applied for blue card status; the number of aliens who were granted blue card status; the number of aliens who applied for an adjustment of status pursuant to section 245B(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as added by section 102; and the number of aliens who received an adjustment of status pursuant such section 245B(a).
