Section 2707(e) of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 316 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 , is amended— by inserting where military activities are conducted by the state National Guard under title 32, after facility ; and by adding at the end the following new sentence: The Secretary concerned may also utilize the authority in section 2701(d) of this title for these environmental restoration projects. .
