Section 2835(e)(1) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (division B of Public Law 111–84 ; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note) is amended— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting Annual ; and Biennial in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)— by striking February 1 of each year and inserting February 1, 2022, and every second February 1 thereafter ; by striking fiscal year and inserting two fiscal years ; by striking such year and inserting such years ; and by striking the year and inserting the years .
