Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1068) is amended— in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking 50 percent of the funds available for fiscal year 2020 pursuant to subsection (f)(5) and inserting 50 percent of the funds available for fiscal year 2021 pursuant to subsection (f)(6) ; and in paragraph (3), by striking fiscal year 2020 and inserting fiscal year 2021 ; and in paragraph (5), by striking Of the funds available for fiscal year 2020 pursuant to subsection (f)(5) and inserting Of the funds available for fiscal year 2021 pursuant to subsection (f)(6) ; in subsection (f), by adding at the end the following:
For fiscal year 2021, $250,000,000. ; and in subsection (h), by striking December 31, 2022 and inserting December 31, 2023 . Section 1275(e) of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3592) is amended by striking January 31, 2021 and inserting December 31, 2023 .
