Sec. 1011. Support for counterdrug activities and activities to counter transnational organized crime affecting flow of drugs into the United States

Section 284(c) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (2), and inserting the following new paragraph (2): The Secretary may only provide support for a purpose described in this subsection with the concurrence of the Secretary of State. ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: In providing support for a purpose described in this subsection, the Secretary shall give priority to support requested for the purpose of affecting the flow of drugs into the United States. .
