Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated under section 4902(2)(A)(ii) of title 14, United States Code, as amended by section 8001 of this division, $265,000,000 for fiscal year 2021 shall be made available for the acquisition of four Fast Responses Cutters. Any cutter acquired pursuant to subsection
(a)shall be in addition to the 58 cutters approved under the existing acquisition baseline.
