The Director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network shall carry out a study on Bank Secrecy Act value. Not later than the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date the study under subsection
(a)is completed, the Director shall issue a report to the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate containing all findings and determinations made in carrying out the study required under this section. The report required under this section may include a classified annex, if the Director determines it appropriate. For purposes of this section, the term Bank Secrecy Act has the meaning given that term under section 5312 of title 31, United States Code.
