Section 403 of title 37, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary of Defense shall provide to each member of a uniformed service who receives a basic allowance for housing under this section information on the rights and protections available to such member under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ( 50 U.S.C. 3901 et seq.). .
