Sec. 9108. Comptroller General report on Department of Veterans Affairs handling of disability compensation claims by certain veterans

Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a report containing an evaluation of how the Department of Veterans Affairs has handled claims for disability compensation under the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs submitted by veterans who— have type 1 diabetes; and have been exposed to an herbicide agent (as defined in section 1116(a)(3) of title 38, United States Code).
