Section 887(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 22 U.S.C. 2761 note) is amended— by striking December 31, 2021 each place it appears and inserting December 31, 2022 ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The requirements of this subsection apply only to foreign military sales processes within the Department of Defense. .
