Section 2313(d) of title 41, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (3), by inserting , and an identification of any beneficial owner of such corporation, after to the corporation ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: In this subsection: The term beneficial ownership has the meaning given under section 847 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ; 133 Stat. 1505; 10 U.S.C. 2509 note). The term corporation means any corporation, company, limited liability company, limited partnership, business trust, business association, or other similar entity. .
