Sec. 865. Reporting requirement on expenditure amounts for the Small Business Innovation Research Program and the Small Business Technology Transfer Program

Section 9 of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 638 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(7)— in subparagraph (F), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (G), by adding and after the semicolon at the end; and by adding at the end the following: with respect to a Federal agency to which subsection (f)(1) or (n)(1) applies, whether the Federal agency has complied with the applicable subsection for the year covered by the report; ; in subsection (g)(10), by inserting , which section shall describe whether or not the Federal agency complied with the requirements of subsection
(f)for the year covered by that plan and include a justification for failure to comply (if applicable), after a section on its SBIR program ; and in subsection (o)(8), by inserting , which section shall describe whether or not the Federal agency complied with the requirements of subsection
(n)for the year covered by that plan and include a justification for failure to comply (if applicable), after a section on its STTR program .
