Section 8951(8) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking 1076a or . Section 1076a(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended to read as follow: The plans established under this section shall be administered under regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Defense in consultation with the other administering Secretaries. . Section 713 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 1811) is repealed. Section 1076a(a)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the second sentence.
