Section 3119 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 50 U.S.C. 2791 note) is amended— in subsection (c)(2), by striking four and inserting nine ; and in subsection (d), by striking February 15, 2020 and inserting February 15, 2025 .
