Section 2601(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking ; Real in paragraph (1), by inserting or personal after real both places it appears; and in paragraph (3)(B), by inserting or personal after real . Section 2601(e) of title 10, United States Code, is further amended— in paragraph (1), by striking the United States Military Academy, the Naval Academy, the Air Force Academy, or the Coast Guard Academy and inserting an eligible entity ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph:
In this subsection, the term eligible entity means each of the following: The United States Military Academy, the Naval Academy, the Air Force Academy, and the Coast Guard Academy. The professional military education schools listed in section 2162(d) of this title and the Defense Acquisition University. A military museum. .
