Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2304(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ; 133 Stat. 1869) and available for military family housing functions, the Secretary of the Air Force may carry out the military family housing project to construct 76 housing units at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, as specified in the funding table in section 4601 of such Act (133 Stat. 2099). Section 2303 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ; 133 Stat. 1869) is amended by striking $53,584,000 and inserting $46,638,000 to reflect the amount specified in the funding table in section 4601 of such Act (133 Stat. 2099) for Construction Improvements under Family Housing Construction, Air Force.
