Part V of subtitle A of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 801 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ), is amended by striking chapter 361 and inserting the following: Sec. 4601. Electronic submission and processing of claims for contract payments. 4602. Contracted property and services: prompt payment of vouchers. 4603. Advance notification of contract performance outside the United States. . Sections 2227, 2226, and 2410g of title 10, United States Code, are transferred to chapter 361 of such title, as amended by subsection (a), inserted (in that order) after the table of sections at the beginning of such chapter, and redesignated as section 4601, 4602, and 4603, respectively.
