Part V of subtitle A of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 801 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ), is amended by striking chapter 209 and inserting the following: Subchapter Sec. I. Provisions of section 2333 of title 10, United States Code, are transferred to chapter 209 of such title, as amended by subsection (a), as follows: Subsection

(b)of such section 2333 is transferred to such chapter, inserted after the heading for section 3152, and amended— by striking the subsection designation and subsection heading; and by striking subsection
