Sec. 166. Prohibition on divestiture of manned intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft operated by United States Special Operations Command

No funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act may be used to divest any manned intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft operated by the United States Special Operations Command, and the Department of Defense may not divest any manned intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft operated by the United States Special Operations Command in fiscal year 2021. The prohibition in subsection
(a)does not apply to any divestment of aircraft described in that subsection that is ongoing as of the date of the enactment of this Act.
