Section 513(c) of the Security Assistance Act of 2000 ( Public Law 106–280 ; 114 Stat. 856) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 2002 and 2003 and inserting 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking equal to— and all that follows and inserting not less than $3,300,000,000. .
