Sec. 1247. Sense of Congress on support for coordinated action to ensure the security of Baltic allies

It is the sense of Congress that— maintaining the security of the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania is critical to achieving United States national security objectives; the Baltic states play a crucial role in strategic efforts to deter Russia, maintain the collective security of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO)alliance, and strengthen bilateral and multilateral defense; and the United States should continue to pursue efforts consistent with a comprehensive, multilateral assessment of the military requirements of the Baltic states focused on security sector assistance, coordination, and planning designed to ensure the security of the Baltic states and address current and future security challenges.
