Section 2113(g)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (E), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (F), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: notwithstanding section 2304(k) of this title, to enter into such contracts, cooperative agreements, or grants on a sole-source basis pursuant to section 2304(c)(5) of this title. .
