Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for research, development, test, and evaluation, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, for research, development, test, and evaluation, Army, advanced component development & prototypes, line 093, soldier systems—advanced development (PE 0603827A) is hereby increased by $7,000,000 (to be used for the development of lightweight body armor fabrics).
Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for research, development, test, and evaluation, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, for research, development, test, and evaluation, Army, advanced component development & prototypes, line 102, technology maturation initiatives (PE 0604115A) is hereby reduced by $7,000,000.
