Section 584(f) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ; 133 Stat. 1281) is amended by striking five and inserting seven . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if enacted on the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ; 133 Stat. 1281).
