Section 1215 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended— in subsections
(c)and (d), by striking fiscal year 2020 each place it appears and inserting each of fiscal years 2020 and 2021 ; and in subsection (h), by striking Of the amount made available for fiscal year 2020 to carry out section 1215 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, not more than $20,000,000 and inserting Of the amounts made available for fiscal years 2020 and 2021 to carry out this section, not more than $20,000,000 for each such fiscal year .
