Not later than September 30, 2021, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report evaluating the effect of the Defense Manufacturing Communities Support Program on the defense supply chain. The evaluation should consider the program’s effect on— the diversification of the supply chain; procurement costs; and efficient procurement processes.
