The amount authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2021 for Operation and Maintenance, Defense Wide for SAG 4GTN for the study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention under section 316(a)(2)(B)(ii) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1350) is hereby increased by $5,000,000. The amount authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2021 for Operation and Maintenance, Army for SAG 421, Servicewide Transportation is hereby reduced by $5,000,000.
Section 316(a)(2)(B)(ii) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1350), as amended by section 315(a) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 1713), is amended by striking $10,000,000 and inserting $15,000,000 .
