Section 2302 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ) is amended— by striking Using amounts and inserting
(a); and Planning and design .—Using amounts by adding at the end the following new subsection: Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2304(a), the Secretary of the Air Force may construct or acquire family housing units (including land, acquisition, and supporting facilities) at the installation, in the number of units, and in the amounts set forth in the following table: Air Force: Family Housing Country Installation or Location Purpose Amount Germany Spangdahlem Air Base 76 Units $53,584,000 . Section 2303 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ) is amended by striking $53,584,000 and inserting $46,638,000 .
