Subsection (a)(1)(B) of section 119 of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008 ( 42 U.S.C. 1395b–3 note) is amended— in clause (xi), by striking and at the end; in clause (xii), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by inserting after clause
(xii)the following new clauses: for the period beginning on May 23, 2020, and ending on September 30, 2020, of $5,383,562; and for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020, of $2,506,849. . Subsection (b)(1)(B) of such section 119, as so amended, is amended— in clause (xi), by striking and at the end; in clause (xii), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by inserting after clause
(xii)the following new clauses: for the period beginning on May 23, 2020, and ending on September 30, 2020, of $5,383,562; and for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020, of $2,506,849. .
