Section 110(b) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the header, by striking and inserting 10 days ; 2 workweeks in subparagraph (A), by striking 10 days and inserting 2 workweeks ; in subparagraph (B), by inserting, , including leave provided under section 5102 of the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act ( after Public Law 116–127 ), medical or sick leave ; and by inserting at the end the following: An employer may not require an employee to substitute any leave described in subparagraph
(B)for leave under section 102(a)(1)(F). Leave taken under subparagraph
(F)of section 102(a)(1) shall not count towards the 12 weeks of leave to which an employee is entitled under subparagraphs
(A)through
(E)of such section. ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by striking 10 days and inserting 2 workweeks .
