The remaining unobligated balances of funds as of September 30, 2020, from amounts provided to Corporation for National and Community Service—Operating Expenses in title IV of Division A of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 ( Public Law 116–94 ), are hereby permanently rescinded. In addition to any amounts otherwise provided, there is hereby appropriated on September 30, 2020, for an additional amount for fiscal year 2020, an amount equal to the unobligated balances rescinded pursuant to paragraph (1): , That amounts made available pursuant to this paragraph shall remain available until September 30, 2021, and shall be available for the same purposes and under the same authorities that they were originally made available in Provided Public Law 116–94 .
