Amounts provided by the Department of Commerce Appropriations Act, 2020, for the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership under the heading National Institute of Standards and Technology—Industrial Technology Services shall not be subject to cost share requirements under 15 U.S.C. 278k(e)(2) . Subsection
(a)shall not apply to the extent that a Manufacturing Extension Partnership Center receives funding from a State that is conditioned upon the application of a Federal cost sharing requirement to the Center.
