Except as otherwise provided in this Act or the amendments made by this Act, nothing in this Act shall be construed to provide additional authority to the Secretary of Education to waive any provision of the following: The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6301 et seq.). The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1400 et seq.). The Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.). The Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 ( 20 U.S.C. 2301 et seq.).
