The Secretary concerned shall convey to Carson City without consideration all right, title and interest of the United States in and to the parcels of Federal land described in subsection
(b)for expansion of roadway. The Federal land referred to in subsection
(a)is depicted as Proposed Land Transfer on the map entitled Carson City OPLMA Lands and dated February 28, 2019. Any costs relating to the conveyance authorized under subsection (a), including any costs for surveys and other administrative costs, shall be paid by the city. If the land conveyed under subsection
(a)is used in a manner inconsistent with subsection (a), the Federal land shall, at the discretion of the Secretary, revert to the United States.
