Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit to the Congress a report detailing the number of applicants that receive— a provisional denial under this title; a final denial under this title without seeking judicial review; a final denial under this title after seeking judicial review; and an approval under this title after seeking judicial review.
