Section 623 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17202 ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out the programs under the Advanced Geothermal Research and Development Act of 2019 — $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; $111,125,000 for fiscal year 2021; $122,250,000 for fiscal year 2022; $128,375,000 for fiscal year 2023; and $129,500,000 for fiscal year 2024. .
