Section 60108 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary may require the owner or operator of a pipeline facility to provide to the Secretary information the Secretary determines appropriate regarding construction of the pipeline facility, including relating to any shutdown of such construction. .
