Section 2(e) of the West Los Angeles Leasing Act of 2016 ( Public Law 114–226 ; 38 U.S.C. 101 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Any funds received by the Secretary pursuant to the use of an easement or right-of-way authorized under paragraph
(1)shall be credited to the applicable Department medical facilities account (as determined by the Secretary) and shall be available, without fiscal year limitation and without further appropriation, exclusively for the renovation and maintenance of the land and facilities at the Campus. .
