In each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023, the Attorney General shall use up to $30,000,000 of the amounts made available for Department of Justice, General Administration, to carry out part R of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 3796ee et seq.).
