Section 1115A(b)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1315a(b)(2)(B) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new clause: Allowing health professionals, such as those described in section 1819(b)(5)(G) or section 1861(ll)(4)(B), who are not otherwise eligible under section 1834(m) to furnish telehealth services to furnish such services. .
