Sec. 101. National office of new Americans

There is established in the Executive Office of the President the National Office of New Americans (in this title referred to as the Office ). There shall be at the head of the Office a Director of the National Office of New Americans. There shall be in the Office a Deputy Director for Citizenship and Inclusion and a Deputy Director for Workforce and Economy. There is established a Bureau of State and Local Affairs within the Office which shall be headed by an Associate Director of State and Local Affairs.
The location of the Office for New Americans in the Executive Office of the President shall not be construed as affecting access by the Congress or Committees of the House or Senate to— information, documents and studies in the possession of, or conducted by or at the direction of the Director; or personnel of the National Office of New Americans.
