Beginning not later than the first day of the application period described in section 101(c)— the Secretary of Homeland Security, in cooperation with qualified designated entities, shall broadly disseminate information described in subsection (b); and the Secretary of Agriculture, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall disseminate to agricultural employers a document containing the information described in subsection
(b)for posting at employer worksites. The information described in this subsection shall include— the benefits that aliens may receive under this title; and the requirements that an alien must meet to receive such benefits.
