Section 21(c)(2) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 24a(c)(2) ) is amended to read as follows: confirm with any counterparty to the swap, as determined by the Commission, the accuracy of the data that was submitted, and the counterparty shall comply with the rules or procedures of a swap data repository to confirm the accuracy of the data; .
