Section 2(h)(8)(A)(ii) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2(h)(8)(A)(ii) ) is amended by striking 5h(f) of this Act and inserting 5h(g) . Section 5c(c)(5)(C)(i) of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 7a–2(c)(5)(C)(i) ) is amended by striking 1a(2)(i)) and inserting 1a(19)(i)) . Section 23(f) of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 26(f) ) is amended by striking section 7064 and inserting section 706 .
