The cap on the Federal share of the cost of any activity carried out with a grant under subsections
(i)and
(j)of section 4502 of title 46, United States Code, as in effect prior to the date of enactment of the Frank LoBiondo Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2018 ( Public Law 115–282 ), shall apply to any funds appropriated under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017 ( Public Law 115–31 ) for the purpose of making such grants.
