Subject to section 203(c) of this Act, section 211(o)(7) of the Clean Air Act ( 42 U.S.C. 7545(o)(7) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking the national quantity of renewable fuel and inserting the national quantity of advanced biofuel, cellulosic biofuel, or biomass-based diesel ; and by striking subparagraphs (D), (E), and (F).
