Section 658O(b) of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858m(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(B), by striking school lunch factor and inserting identified students factor ; and by striking paragraph
(3)and inserting the following: The term identified students factor means the ratio of the number of children in the State who are identified students (as defined in paragraph
(8)of section 1113(a) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6313(a) )) to the number of such children in all the States as determined annually by the Secretary of Education. .
