Section 897 ( 20 U.S.C. 1161aa ) is amended by striking $11,500,000 for fiscal year 2009 and for each of the five succeeding fiscal years and inserting $13,500,000 for fiscal year 2021 and each succeeding fiscal year . Section 898 ( 20 U.S.C. 1161aa–1 ) is amended— by striking In addition and inserting
(a); Additional appropriations for part B of title V. —In addition by striking $11,500,000 for fiscal year 2009 and for each of the five succeeding fiscal years and inserting $21,000,000 for fiscal year 2021 and each succeeding fiscal year ; and by adding at the end the following: In addition to any amounts appropriated under subpart 5 of part A of title VII, there are authorized to be appropriated, and there are appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $13,000,000 for fiscal year 2021 and each of the 5 succeeding fiscal years to carry out subpart 5 of part A of title VII. .
