Section 487(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1094(a) ), as amended by the preceding sections, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The institution will— designate at least one employee to coordinate compliance with title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ( 42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq.), including any investigation of any complaint alleging— noncompliance with such title; and any actions prohibited by such title; annually submit a report to the Secretary that includes all complaints described in subparagraph
(A)with respect to such institution; make the report under subparagraph
(B)publicly available on the internet website of the institution; and notify students and employees of— the name, office address, and telephone number of each employee designated under subparagraph (A); the report under subparagraph (B); the enforcement policies of the institution with respect to such title; and the procedure for reporting and investigating complaints under such title. .
